USB to Serial(USB dongle) 3.3V output
BT module (iFrogLab BLE Aluba F60)
android cell phone
APP: iFrogLab BLE Uart

2. start from Windows
a.
windows open Tera-Term (com_port, baud_rate) 
b.
wire 3.3V, GND, Tx, Rx
c.
USB sucket
d.
use APP to search BT device
RSSI = -min
device name = iFroglab_BLE_Module_1.12 Rssi=-62
e.
pair
f.
send data

3. transfer to RPi
a.
(i) putty
(ii)python ser2.py
b~f.同前2.

4. control GPIO by cell phone
